Returns / Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on our products due to our narrowly available range on our website

- Please choose your colours wisely as we cannot change your chosen colour once you have ordered.


Damages and issues

- If your product has any damages or defaults before use, you can email us at admin@bottoms-up.nz and we can evaluate the issue for an eligible refund or exchange. 

- If you are eligible for either, we will approve it once we have received the return and inspected it. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
